Flags 1–4: the impossible promises
1. Guaranteed #1 rankings — nobody controls the SERP, full stop. 2. 'Google-approved' links — Google doesn't approve link purchases; this phrase is marketing camouflage. 3. Results in days for competitive terms — authority doesn't work on that clock. 4. Unlimited links at flat prices — real inventory is finite; infinite supply means a machine is generating it.
Any one of these should end the conversation. They describe a seller who has decided the truth is optional.
Flags 5–8: the inventory problems
5. Metrics quoted without naming the tool — 'DA 60' from an unknown checker is just a number. 6. Sample sites that don't exist or redirect — ask, check, repeat. 7. Every niche served identically — a 'finance specialist' selling the exact same list for gardening is selling a list. 8. Prices that undercut the market by 5x — placement labor costs what it costs; something is missing.
The cheapest links in the market are cheap because they failed a quality check somebody else ran first.
Flags 9–11: the process problems
9. No sample report before purchase — verification is the product as much as the links. 10. Requirements collected through a chat app only, with no order record — you'll want receipts. 11. No answer to 'what happens if a link is removed?' — guarantees and replacements separate professionals from link dispensers.
Notice the pattern: every red flag is a place where accountability should live and doesn't.
What green looks like
Fixed packages with stated deliverables. Metrics tied to named tools. Sample reports on request. A delivery window instead of a promise of instant results. And a seller who will say 'this package isn't right for you.'
Boring, specific, accountable. That's the whole secret to buying safely.
Frequently Asked Questions
Not scams, but mostly junk. Legitimate volume packages exist at low prices — with honest labeling about what they can and can't do.
Run them through your own backlink tool: check traffic, keywords and indexation. Five minutes per site, and you're buying with your eyes open.
