About This Gig
Most agencies do not want to run a link building team. Outreach is slow, prospect lists go stale, and one freelancer leaving can stall a dozen client campaigns. Our white label link building service lets you sell links to your clients under your own name while we do the prospecting, writing, placement and reporting in the background. Your clients never hear from us, and nothing we deliver mentions AuthorityLinks.
It is designed for SEO agencies, web design studios, marketing consultants and freelancers who want to offer off-page work without hiring for it.
How White Label Link Building Works With Us
The setup is simple. You place an order, tell us which client sites and pages the links are for, and we handle the rest. Each order includes a fixed number of links. Behind the scenes, those are mostly guest posts and niche edits on real sites, chosen to fit each client’s topic.
Here is what happens on our side:
- Intake. We read your brief for each client: target URLs, anchors, niche notes and anything the client has ruled out.
- Prospecting. We build a shortlist of sites with clear topical overlap. A roofing company gets home improvement and property sites, not a generic news blog.
- Vetting. Every site is checked for six months of organic traffic trend, outbound link ratio, indexation, and whether it sells posts to anyone who pays. Sites with a homepage full of casino, CBD and loan links are dropped.
- Content. Our writers produce original articles or contextual insertions that read naturally on the host site.
- Placement and QA. We confirm each link is live, points to the right page, uses the agreed anchor and sits on an indexable URL.
- Reporting. You receive reports with no mention of us, ready to forward or rebrand.
You can see the general process on our how it works page. The difference with white label orders is that every output is stripped of our name.
Reporting That Fits Your Agency
This is the part agencies care about most, so we keep it flexible.
Unbranded reports come with every package. They are clean spreadsheets listing the live URL, anchor text, target page, domain authority at the time of placement and link type. No logo, no footer, no metadata pointing back to us. Paste the rows into your own client dashboard or forward the file as it is.
Client-ready reports in your brand are included on Standard and Premium. Send us your logo, colours and a contact line, and we produce a short PDF report that looks like it came from your team. It explains what was built for that client in plain language, so your account managers do not have to rewrite anything before sending it on.
Packages for Different Agency Sizes
Basic: trying us out
Three links on DA 25+ sites, delivered in 14 days, with an unbranded report. A sensible starting point if you want to see our quality on one client before committing more work.
Standard: regular client work
Seven links on DA 30+ sites in 21 days. You can split the order across up to two client sites, and you get the branded client-ready report plus a dedicated account contact who knows your clients and your preferences.
Premium: agencies running several campaigns
Fourteen links on DA 40+ sites in 30 days, split across up to five client sites. Premium also adds bulk ordering, so you can submit a whole month of client work in one spreadsheet instead of placing orders one by one. You keep the branded reports and the dedicated contact.
If you would rather have a fixed number of links every month, look at our monthly link building plans, which pair well with white label link building for retainer clients.
Why Agencies Outsource This
Reseller link building only works if the supplier is consistent. Agencies usually come to us after a cheap provider delivered links on sites nobody would show a client, and that is exactly the problem good white label link building should solve. A missed deadline or a link on a spam site lands on your reputation, not ours, because your client thinks you built it. We keep that in mind with every order. We would rather tell you upfront that a particular niche is slow, or that a client’s anchor list looks risky, than deliver something you have to apologise for later.
You also get one person to talk to on Standard and Premium. They learn which clients are sensitive about certain topics, which ones need conservative anchors, and how you like updates. That saves a surprising amount of back and forth.
What You Send Us
- Client site URLs and the target pages for each
- Anchor text for each link, or approval for us to propose a natural mix
- Niche notes: what the client does, who their customers are, topics to avoid
- Any sites the client already has links from, so we do not double up
- Your logo and brand details if you want client-ready reports
We never contact your clients directly. All communication goes through you. If something in a brief is unclear, we ask you rather than guessing, because a wrong assumption about a client’s niche or anchors is much harder to fix after the content is live. For white label link building across several clients, a short note per client goes a long way.
Our Quality Rules
Outsourced link building has a bad name partly because so many suppliers cut corners. We do not use PBNs, link farms, link wheels or auto-generated content. We do not place links on sites whose only purpose is selling links. We do not take orders for clients in illegal niches. Full details are on our quality standards page, which you are welcome to share with clients in your own words.
On Delivery
You receive the unbranded report on every order, plus the branded PDF on Standard and Premium. If a link is removed within 6 months, we replace it free, and we send the replacement details in the same white label format so your client records stay tidy.
Setting Expectations With Your Clients
Links support rankings over weeks and months. They do not guarantee positions, and we do not promise them. Results depend on the client’s content, site health and competition. We suggest your clients hear the same message from you, since overpromising is the fastest way to lose a retainer. What we commit to is clean white label link building delivered on time and reported in a way that makes your agency look good.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will my clients ever see your company name?
No. Reports, documents and file metadata contain no reference to AuthorityLinks, and we never contact your clients. All communication runs through you. On Standard and Premium we can also produce reports carrying your own logo and contact details, so the work looks like it came straight from your agency.
What types of links are included?
Most links are guest posts and niche edits on real sites with traffic, chosen for topical relevance to each client. We pick the format that suits the client's niche and target page. If you need a specific type for a client, such as guest posts only, mention it in your brief and we will stick to it.
Can I split one order across several clients?
Basic orders go to one client site. Standard can be split across up to two client sites and Premium across up to five. Just list which links go to which site in your brief. For larger volumes, Premium's bulk ordering lets you submit many clients at once in a single spreadsheet.
What is included in the client-ready report?
It is a short PDF in your branding, with your logo, colours and contact line. It lists each live link, the host site, the anchor, the target page and the domain authority at placement, with a plain-language summary your account managers can send without edits. It is included on Standard and Premium packages.
What does the dedicated account contact do?
On Standard and Premium, one person handles your orders. They keep track of your clients, their sensitivities and anchor preferences, answer questions about progress and flag anything risky before it goes live. You do not have to explain your clients from scratch every time you place a new order.
How does bulk ordering work?
Available on Premium, bulk ordering lets you upload a spreadsheet covering multiple clients, target pages and anchors in one go. We confirm the plan, then work through it within the delivery window. It suits agencies that batch their client link work monthly and want to avoid placing many small orders.
How long does delivery take?
Basic is delivered in 14 days, Standard in 21 days and Premium in 30 days. The windows are longer than single-link gigs because we are vetting more sites, writing more content and often working across several client niches. Delivery starts once we have complete briefs for each client.
Do you guarantee rankings for my clients?
No. Links support rankings, but results depend on each client's content, technical health and competition, and they usually build over weeks or months. We recommend agencies set the same expectation with clients. If a link is removed within 6 months, we replace it free and send updated white label reporting.
