Service Delivery Policy

Overview
Important: This policy is a template prepared for AuthorityLinks and must be reviewed and approved by a qualified lawyer in [Jurisdiction] before publication. Bracketed items such as [Company Legal Name] must be completed with accurate details.
This Service Delivery Policy explains how [Company Legal Name] ("AuthorityLinks") fulfils orders for guest posts, niche edits, digital PR, press releases and link building, from the brief you submit to the final report you receive.
Submitting Your Brief
After checkout, you will be asked to submit a brief for each item. A complete brief helps us avoid delays and rejections. It should include:
- The target URL or URLs you want to link to.
- Your preferred anchor text, or permission for us to choose a natural anchor.
- Your own article if you are supplying content, or topic preferences and key points if we are writing it.
- Any requirements, such as words or claims to avoid, brand guidelines or disclosure needs.
- For restricted niches, confirmation that your business is licensed and compliant where you operate.
Delivery Timelines
Timelines vary by service and by publisher, because each publisher has its own editorial schedule and approval process. The estimated turnaround is shown on each product page and in your order. As a general guide, niche edits are often faster than guest posts, and digital PR campaigns take longer because they depend on media interest.
Estimated timelines start once payment is confirmed and your brief is complete. Publisher backlogs, holidays, content revisions or late information from you may extend delivery. We will tell you if an order is likely to run significantly beyond its estimate.
Order Statuses
You can follow each item's progress in your account dashboard. Typical statuses are:
- Awaiting Brief: payment received, waiting for your details.
- In Review: we are checking your brief, URL and anchor against publisher and policy requirements.
- Content in Progress: the article or insertion copy is being written or edited.
- Awaiting Your Approval: content is ready for your review, where approval is part of the service.
- Submitted to Publisher: content is with the publisher for editorial review.
- Published: the placement is live and the report is being prepared.
- Completed: the delivery report has been sent.
- On Hold or Cancelled: action is needed, or the item was cancelled under our Refund Policy.
Content Approval and Revisions
Where we write the content, you may request reasonable revisions before it is submitted to the publisher, typically up to [Number] rounds. After publication, changes depend on the publisher's willingness and may not be possible. Publishers keep final editorial control and may edit content, anchors or link placement to match their standards.
What Your Delivery Report Contains
When an item is published, you will receive a delivery report that includes:
- The live URL where your content or link appears.
- The target URL and anchor text used.
- The link attribute as published, such as dofollow, nofollow or sponsored.
- Key metrics of the publisher website at the time of delivery, with the tool and date used.
- The publication date and any applicable replacement period.
- For press releases and PR, a list of known pickups or coverage where available.
Indexing
Most placements are on sites that search engines crawl regularly, but indexing is controlled by search engines and cannot be guaranteed. If a page is not indexed after a reasonable time, contact us and we will review options with the publisher.
White-Label Delivery
Agency customers can request unbranded reports with no AuthorityLinks branding so they can share them with clients. Please tell us at the brief stage or set this as a default in your account.
